WhatsApp Business API Integration

Kommify provides a direct, high-throughput gateway to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API. ### Supported WhatsApp Payload Types - **Text & Freeform Messages**: Sent within the active 24-hour customer service window. - **Template Messages**: Pre-approved by Meta for authentication, utility alerts, and marketing campaigns. - **Interactive List & Button Messages**: Render quick-reply buttons and menu pickers. - **Media Documents**: Send PDFs, images, audio notes, and location pins. ### Webhook Event Callbacks Configure an HTTPS callback in your Kommify console to receive real-time updates for `message.sent`, `message.delivered`, `message.read`, and incoming inbound customer replies.
